Refund Policy

• We offer a full refund of the purchase if returned unopened within 30 days of receiving the order.
• We offer full refunds for defective products (i.e. leaked container caused by physical malfunction of the container, not caused by damage in transit)
• If the item is shipped then the refund will only cover the cost of the item itself and do not include any shipping fees.

Delivery Policy

• Delivering of orders can take anywhere from 5-7 business days within U.S. In most cases, we process orders within 5-7 business days Mon-Fri but restocking, product launches, and holidays can result in larger than normal order volume and slow down processing. For all orders placed on our restock days (Sundays), please allow up to a maximum of 7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you cannot locate this email, be sure to check both junk and spam folders from a laptop or desktop. We also encourage making an account with us to track your order status.  If your order is in transit and there has been no update on the tracking link for 15 consecutive days, it will then be considered eligible for a refund.
• International orders typically take 12-20 days to be delivered, depending on the destination and customs clearance processes. Please note that delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as logistical issues or customs inspections. If your order is in transit and there has been no update on the tracking link for 20 consecutive days, it will then be considered eligible for a refund.
• Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, once your order is placed we normally cannot change your shipping address, or information, or delay/postpone your order. • The notes section in your order may not be used to change address, delay/postpone your order, or make any adjustments in fulfillment as the fulfillment process is automated and the notes will not be taken into account.
• Please note that once your order has left our fulfillment center and is in the hands of the postal courier, AbiEnergy22,LLC. cannot be held responsible for issues that may occur during shipping including lost items, delays, and damaged items. This being said, we strongly suggest you track your order to the day and hour that way you can retrieve it immediately.
• Lost/Stolen Items: Sometimes Shipping Companies lose packages or deliver them to the wrong address. If you suspect your package has been stolen or lost, you have to file a claim with the Shipping Company. The Shipping Company will not let us (the sender) make a claim, only the customer (recipient), whose name the order was placed in. Sometimes customers make errors/typos with their shipping addresses. This can be confirmed by reviewing your confirmation email.

Privacy Policy

All information obtained by AbiEnergy22, LLC will be utilized to provide, or process payment for, the services you request. We will not share it with outside entities, or publicly display your provided profile.
