HOW TO TAKE/USE SHILAJIT
Storage:
Hot weather: Store in the refrigerator or a cool, dry place.
Cold weather: Keep near a heating source like a radiator or in a heated warm room.
Usage:
Best taken after breakfast.
Pinch a small amount, roll it into a ball, and add to warm water/coffee or take it directly and wash down with water. DO NOT CHEW
Start with a rice grain-sized amount. If no detox symptoms appear, gradually increase to an M&M-sized amount.
If detox symptoms occur, take every other day until you build a tolerance.
