So I started taking Shilajit almost a week ago and I already feel the effects. I always feel fatigued and I feel like it’s due to the fact that we don’t get those minerals we lack in the US. I know it shouldn’t be normal to feel that way especially in my early to mid twenties. I feel good taking this natural product with all its benefits that it provides. I’m making sure I change the way I eat and drink now that I’m aware how much it affects us and this is a great start for that.

I was initially concerned with the difference between the taste and smell of my older Shilajit tin and my newer tin. The seller reached out almost immediately after I posted and reassured me that each batch of shilajit may vary slightly in taste/smell due to the harvesting period and because they coat the plastic baggie in coconut oil to avoid sticking. I’m just really impressed by how quickly I was contacted and how kind and thorough the response was.
